At the beginning of September 2017 some of our Creative staff joined Summit Wines in Tuscany. They got to visit a great selection of wineries and tried even more wine and food, inspired by the simplicity and quality of the delicious food Chef David Nickerson has developed a four-course dinner for you to try.

Join us on November 21st at 6pm for a four-course family-style dinner showcasing some of Chef Nickerson’s favourite dishes he had the pleasure of enjoying in Italy. Our General Manager Megan Adamson has selected some of the best Tuscan wines she sipped on the vineyards to pair perfectly with this Tuscan dinner, you can add wine pairings for each course for $29 plus tax and gratuity or try any of them by the glass that night.

Tickets are $49 plus tax and hospitality with the option to add wine pairings.
