At Cibo we are well-known for our delicious pizzas and small plates — but a lesser-known fact is just how amazing our daily rotisserie program is!

With a new slow-roasted meat on feature every day, our talented chefs spin every thing from lamb shoulder to porchetta.

To accomodate large-cuts of meat and whole chickens, we use a large rotisserie oven. With controlled moisture and heat, this oven can slow-roast a 10-hour brisket or caramelize a strip loin with an open flame.
