Behind all good wine is a story of grapes, land and remarkable people. Join us on July 16th at Cibo as we celebrate the story of Satta vino with Michele Satta himself!

Known for their unique, elegant and distinctly Italian flavours, Satta wines reflect the signature elements of the Mediterranean climate in which they are grown.

On the evening, Michele will take guests though three Satta wines, all beautifully paired with a different course by Chef David Nickerson and the Cibo kitchen.

On the menu, Chef David has created an inspired meal of halibut, duck and game meat to pair with the dark rich berry fruits and bright fresh vegetables of a Mediterranean summer.
